    Subscription conditions and fees

    The deposit will be refunded when returning the contract.

    This subscription service is for individuals It is provided for work and hobby use.
    It cannot be used for third-party rental business, etc.

    Subscription Terms of Use

    These terms and conditions set forth the conditions for using the Mohenic Electric Bike KICKSTER at a monthly contract amount.

    Article 1 "Name
    Provider" means "Mohenic Motors" that provides subscription service.
    The subscription product refers to the electric bike "KICKSTER" produced by Mohenic Motors.

    Article 2 Obligations of the Provider
    1. The Provider provides general services for users to use the subscription service.
    2. The provider is obliged to repair or replace the subscription product when a defect occurs in the subscription product, unless it is a cause attributable to the user.
    3. The provider is obligated to deliver and return the subscription product.

    Article 3 Obligations of Users
    1. Users are obliged to pay the monthly subscription fee.
    2. When returning a subscription product, the user is obliged to return it in the condition in which it was delivered.
    3. The user is responsible for compensation for repair costs in case of damage to the subscription product due to an accident or negligence of the user.
    4. Users may not use it for purposes other than those designated by the provider (personal work and hobbies).

    Article 4 Accidents When a
    user is using a subscription product and a damage occurs due to an accident, the following provisions shall apply.
    2. In case of negligence on the part of the person, the cost of repair will be compensated at his/her own expense.
    3. In case of the other party's negligence, the other party's insurance will be compensated.

    Article 5 Penalty fines The
    user is responsible for any fines incurred by the user while subscribing.

    Article 6 Deposit
    1. In order to receive subscription service, the user must pay the deposit in the manner determined by the contracted headquarters.
    2. The deposit can be returned when the subscription product is returned after the subscription contract period has expired.

    Article 7 Loss and Burnout
    1. If the subscription product is lost or burned out due to the user's negligence, the user is responsible for compensating for the price of the subscription product.

    Article 8 Contract period
    1. The term of the subscription contract is one year from the date of delivery, and the subscription can be extended in three-month increments in writing one month before the expiration date.
    2. When returning within the contract period, the deposit will be returned excluding the subscription fee for the remaining period of the contract.

    Article 9 Delivery of subscription products
    1 The provider provides subscription services within one month after application for subscription.
    2 Users can purchase and tune additional options they want at their own expense.
    3 Users are responsible for any defects that occur when they arbitrarily install options not provided by the provider.
    4 When returning a subscription product, you must restore the tuning details that you personally worked on before returning it.

    Article 10 Deposit and Subscription
    Fee 1. Subscription deposit is 1 million won, which is paid when applying for subscription.
    2. The subscription fee is paid monthly in advance from the subscription date.
    3. Subscription fee delinquency rate is 20% per annum.
    4. Premiums are not included in the subscription fee.
    5. The subscription fee (110,000 won) is accrued for the first time and is perishable.

    Article 11 Contract
    1. If this application is submitted according to the application form provided by the provider and the deposit is paid, the contract is deemed to have been concluded.
    2. If the contract is canceled even before the subscription product is delivered (one month) after the contract, the deposit will not be returned in the form of a down payment.
    3. If the subscription product is not delivered within 7 days of the delivery date assigned by the user at the time of contract, the deposit may be refunded.

    Article 12 Battery Management Responsibilities
    This subscription product is an electric motorcycle that uses batteries as its main energy source. Due to the characteristics of batteries, users are responsible for the following battery management.
    1. If you do not use the subscription product for more than 3 days, you must cut off the emergency power to cancel the startup standby mode.
    2. The battery should be fully charged at least once a month.
    3. If the battery is not used for more than a month, the battery should be charged to 80% or more before storage.
    4. Even in the case of paragraph 3 above, you must recharge at least 80% at least once a month.
    5. In case of battery discharge damage due to negligence of the above management responsibility, you are responsible for compensation.
    6. If the battery is damaged, a replacement fee of KRW 1 million (excluding VAT) will be charged.

    Article 13 Others
    1. Contents not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be in accordance with the customs.
    2. In case of dispute, the court of the jurisdiction of the provider.
    3. These terms and conditions may be changed according to new models or upgrades of subscription products.
    4. These terms and conditions may be changed according to the provider's subscription service policy.
    5. The provider is obliged to notify the user when the terms and conditions are changed according to paragraphs 3 and 4 above.

    If the battery is not used for a long period of time for more than a month, the battery should be charged at 80% or higher.

    You are responsible for compensation for battery discharge damage caused by negligence in battery management.
